Mayank Singh is an Associate at Brera Capital. Prior to joining Brera in July 2005, Mr. Singh was an Associate at Sun Capital Partners, a $2.5 billion leveraged buyout fund focused on acquiring underperforming and troubled companies. At Sun Capital, Mr. Singh was responsible for all aspects of transaction execution and portfolio company management including conducting due diligence and financial analysis, evaluating financing alternatives and identifying potential add-on acquisitions.
Mr. Singh began his career as a financial analyst at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Company, a middle-market Mergers & Acquisitions investment bank, where he worked on M&A engagements across a variety of industries. He holds a B.S. from Colgate University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also received a Masters in Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
